Our Services

Day Habilitation

N.O.W.’s Day Habilitation Services provide structured learning experiences focused on community integration, communication, physical fitness, socialization, adaptive living, leisure activities, interpersonal skills enhancement, building life skills, and maintaining personal hygiene, and training and skills development that increases participation in community activities that foster independence.

Prevocational Services

N.O.W.’s Prevocational Services program is designed to introduce individuals to the world of work. Through community-based training each individual has the opportunity to learn essential work-related skills and adaptive behaviors that are essential for obtaining and maintaining successful employment. Our community-based training offers the most natural social integration and job preparation for employment. The exposure gained through community-based training or volunteering offers the necessary on-the-job training.

Supported Employment

N.O.W.’s Supported Employment program helps our individuals identify, prepare for, attain, and maintain employment and self-sufficiency. Through job preparation, interviewing techniques, resume development, application writing, assessments, job development and placement and job coaching we provide supports for our individuals to obtain meaningful employment in competitively paid employment opportunities.
